In honor of the Charger’s playoff game, we had friends and family over for sliders and beer. Sadly no win, but there was still plenty fun and good food to be had.
80/20 sliders with cheddar/swiss cheese complete with caramelized onions, guacamole, mushrooms, and thousand island dressing (recipe from Kitchen Treaty). I’m not the biggest sports fan, but the food and entertaining is what gets me excited about football. (Plus seeing my husband hop up and down with excitement– it’s too cute!)
