I love eating healthy and getting my greens in, but sometimes I just can’t stand the thought of eating a salad. When these feeling come upon me, I like to turn to a green smoothie. I can get some much needed nutrition, but only taste the banana and peanut butter. It’s a win win! I also love this Berry Kale Smoothie.
Banana, Spinach & Almond Butter Smoothie
1 frozen banana
2 cups spinach
1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Throw it all in a blender, blend & enjoy!
