I know most of the country is dealing with extreme colds (Sorry!), but in LA its been a very warm winter and I feel like it should be spring already! There are adorable little flowers all over our orange and lemon trees. Mama hummingbird laid eggs in her nest on our patio. Spring is in the air! So I decided to change out our winter wreath for a bright and cheerful homemade wreath.
DIY Spring Wreath
Woven Wooden Wreath (mine: Michael’s for $4.99)
Silk flowers (mine: Dollar Tree)
Cut single flower from the bunches. Start at the top of the wreath and weave the stem through the wooden wreath. Bend wire in the stem at the base to secure it to the wreath. Layer flowers over one another, working your way down the side of the wreath. You can go all the way around the wreath, but I liked the look of it just on one side.
