My husband and I ordered Chinese takeout and were craving a light fruity cocktail to go along the greasy salty Chinese. We rummaged through our refrigerator and cupboards and created this cocktail. We don’t have a name for this delicious cocktail, do you have a suggestion?
No Name Cocktail
8 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
8 oz sparking water (or maybe Champagne?)
2 oz light Rum
2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Creme de Cassis (Black current liqueur)
Directions: Mix all together and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and blackberry and enjoy! Serves 4.
